This was my first claim after adding our new puppy for coverage and using the Wellness benefits. The process was smooth and understandable and very useful with a new pup! Thank you.

My Velcro Boy died at a young five years. I have never been closer to anyone than to Beau, although there have been many dogs over the years. I moved Heaven and Earth to find the best Vets and treatment for him in the country, all to no avail. His death is a crushing blow, in every way; but it would have been even worse financially without the coverage provided by PB along the arduous path.

For the first time in almost 10 years, Bert wasn't interested in a meal. It was obvious that something was wrong. Once he began vomiting, we immediately took him to the vet. An exam and x-rays showed no obvious obstruction. However, after a few days at home, he showed no improvement so we scheduled a follow up appointment. While waiting for that appointment, Bert became extremely lethargic-almost unresponsive- and obviously uncomfortable so we made the decision to take him immediately to the emergency vet. His medical team shared our concern that there was something serious causing his distress, and they recommended an ultrasound. Much to our relief, the ultrasound was clear and his bloodwork was normal. He spent the night in the hospital, receiving medications and fluids and was eventually ready to return home. We were thrilled with each sign that we had our normal Bert back. With every day, he improved a little more, and he's now snuggly, demanding and hungry- just as he's always been. We may never figure out the reason for his illness, but there is no way to measure the relief of knowing that the cause of his distress was not related to an obstruction or a mass. Having our Pets Best policy gave us such peace of mind, knowing that we could follow the medical team's recommendations, without worrying about the cost.

After a very scary incident of my pup ingesting toxic food (toxic for dogs that is) I was in such a panicked state. A quick visit to the vet and she was all better. The ease of submitting the claim through pet's best helped to ease the overall angst of a stressful situation.

We have a seven year old beagle (Libby) with several health problems that have been manageable but costly. My family and I was so happy to have Healthy Paw Insurance for Sam. It was a huge relief for all us as, that our dog was covered. Sam accidentally ate a foreign object, which is cause him to have a surgery. The cost came out to be about $6000.00. Most of the bills was cover by Healthy Paws. Best Insurance ever. I will highly recommend this to any friends and family. The service was amazing, they follow up to check up on Sam and how he was doing.

We signed up three pets (2 cats and 1 dog) a few years ago.Thankfully the cats have enjoyed very good health. However, our cocker spaniel female, Lucy, has had a number of big claims. Each time we submitted online claim, attaching the vet's bill, the receipt of the claim was promptly acknowledge and processing begun. If anything out of the ordinary occurred, we were notified by email. Every one of Lucy's claims were concluded quickly and fairly. We received detailed EOBs every time, and they answered every question we could have asked. ASPCA Pet Insurance has paid thousands of dollars for Lucy' care without a hint of dropping coverage. We strongly recommend it.
