I was so thankful that I had pet insurance with Mattie's illness. She passed away on November 26.
It was comforting to know that whatever Mattie needed as far as her health that I wouldn't have to worry about the high cost because of my pet insurance. I will definitely be getting another dog and I will definitely be getting your insurance.

Normal claim
It did not take too terribly long for my.last claim to be paid. But normally it takes what feels like an excessive amount of time to pay. This is what normally happens. I'm glad y'all pay them but the process takes too long. Maybe there need to be a few more employees. Heck, I'd work for yall. Everyone seems pretty nice also.

All illnesses have been covered!
My pup has had several issues that have led to vet visits. All sick visits have been covered under our policy. The EOB comes within a week and the money is ready for deposit soon after.

Very easy to file claims and quick responses.
It is very easy to file claims and FIGO has quick responses. I had to submit a claim because my pup was having some back pain (being a silly pup ran into something). The filing and reimbursement processes went very smoothly.

There really isn’t a word but Humbled is a start
Making a decision on anything in life can be a challenge as you will never know how service will be given until you have to go through your own personal experience. From the day I called Embrace to discuss getting pet insurance for my sweet Buster Brown, I never ever felt pressured, rushed or a number in line. Everyone of your Team Members have went above and beyond to exceed anything anyone could ask for. There’s nothing like waking up and you feel like you can’t breathe because your child is sick, and the vet bill is piling up and your running around trying to figure out how your going to come up with the money instead of focusing on your child well, “ Thank you”, Lindsey Hagerty for allowing me to do just that, focus on my sweet Buster. Yesterday morning around 4:30am I emailed Lindsey by 8am she was calling me, before I got to the vet she and the Lindsey at Argyle Vet Hospital had already communicated, invoice was sent over with claim and well this morning I was informed that my claim was already processed and will be direct deposited in two days. Let me also add I had a pending claim from 11/13/2019 that Lindsey got finished up so we would know what I still owed on my deductible.
12/3/2019- I woke up scared, tired, stressed about how I was going to pay my rent, my bills and save my child.
12/3/2019- I took Buster home with maxed out credit cards, posted dated checks and gave it to God it would all work out by Friday so nothing bounced.
12/4/2019- I wake up again at 4:30am to see in my inbox to go to your App as my claim has been processed and money will be in my account in two days.
Sooo I ask, How can you put a word on that kind of service?
I sincerely apologize to the fact I don’t have a list of everyone’s name whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with at Embrace but I can only hope whom ever gets this will please take the time to recognize each and everyone of them!!! I’m a small business owner myself so how my clients are treated and there referrals are how I’m blessed everyday to continue to grow so please please give your Team the rewards they deserve because I got blessed by bringing home my sweet boy Buster Brown and with a peace of mind and that you can’t put a price on. I have told my vet that anyone should ask where to get pet insurance the ONLY choice should be Embrace!!!
