I absolutely love it! My dog had a torn acl, cancer and other minor issues and most of everything was covered!!

I've been very impressed with the very simple process i have gone through a few times now to submit a claim and receive a reimbursement. Since I have the app on my phone, all that is needed is a picture of the vet receipt and 5 minutes to submit a claim. I have the comprehensive plan for my older Yorkie and it has been great so far - I've used it for routine checkups, his preventative Heartguard/Bravecto, etc. Overall, i would highly recommend this plan based on my experience to date!

My Dog Luna has had some unfortunate issues within the past couple of months that required multiple overnight stays in the ER. With over 2K in vet bills I am so happy to have pet insurance. I am not sure what we would have done without it. When I first took Luna to the vet I was given a bunch of Pet Insurance pamphlets. I did some research and based on advice from trusted friends and the design of the ASPCA app I made my choice. The app is beautifully designed, easy to use and I was able to upload photos of receipts and get reimbursed quickly. I am not tech savvy and I have no problem with the app. Additionally when I have called customer service my call was answered quickly and the representative was very friendly.

PetsBest has been a life saver for us. We are having financial issues so when are little cat Toby took ill with multiple issues we were concerned on how we would pay. As a first time dog owner and hearing of all the pet emergencies my friends and their pups have endured, I thought I’d start my pup right away. I’m so glad I did! I woke up one morning to my 11 mo. old black lab unable to walk and whining...which I’d never heard him do before! After vet appointments, sedation, X-rays, medicine, referrals, and surgery, my pup is on the mend. I’m not worried too much about the vet bills as I picked a good deductible and percentage of bill payment that works for my financial situation. The claims have been really easy to submit by snapping a picture with my tablet and uploading it to the site. My return payments have come back quickly and directly go in my checking account. I’ve passed on FIGO praise to all my pet owning friends.

Great service, very helpful

The process to submit the claim is very easy via the app. All the information and updates get communicated via email, and even when things are running slower than usual it's nice because we get a heads up through email so we are never left wondering a status of the claim.
