I cannot say enough positive things about Nationwide pet insurance. Had it not been for the insurance, I would have had to put my kitty down. From the customer service down to the coverage, I could not have asked for better support. Extremely pleased with everything about this policy. Never had a problem with a claim. Reimbursements are prompt, online claim form works well.

Zeus is continuing to improve from his ACL Surgery but still stiff sometimes. He has been swimming a couple of times for exercise as well as taking 10 minute walks. I am in hopes that he will completely regain the use of his leg without further complications to it and hoping that his other leg will not require surgery.

Help me out when I had a Dire situation with my 16 week old puppy which cause me to run her to the hospital. I'm very glad I had insurance for her to help me out.

In general, OK insurance. A lot of people don't even get the coverage this plan pays for pets, but it would be nice if they would pay for house calls, especially since that's all my vet does. There is no option for me to do an office visit, it's a mobile vet clinic and even if I did do an office visit, it's pretty much the same cost. Even setting the visit amount with a limit for the average office visit in the area would be fine. Also, even if a test is normally routine, it might be used as a diagnostic, in which case, it ceases to be routine. Those should be paid for under the illness plan.

The turn around time on claims seem to be getting better. At first it wasnt but the last invoice I submitted was.

Trupanion made it super easy. I get to spend less time worrying about paperwork and take care of my injured puppy
