You always come through

As usual, you always come through. I understand the large volume and the time consuming claims. Hopefully that will not always be the case. You do an awesome job otherwise.

Good service though it takes time

I have been using Nationwide since it was VPI, for a total of 4 dogs. Currently I have two that are under coverage. I find that filing a claim has improved since they started taking online-submitted claims, and speed of payment once the claim is processed is very good since they now make payments via ACH. However the processing time can be elongated. That was the case with my latest claim. But I am not complaining.

Overall claims experience review - Edward Mahon

I am happy with ASPCA's overall claims experience.. the service, professionalism and ease of doing business with (including friendliness). Amazing from that perspective. I also like the iphone app .. this makes my life easier. My only wish is that there was a way to not pay out of pocket.. and rather have our vet submit the claim on our behalf. It would eliminate out of pocket expenses.. especially when your turnaround time is very delayed.... in addition, it would also help us avoid forgetting to send over a claim.

Don't quite understand what you mean by 'review title', or would be happy to leave a sentence.

At my elderly age and my closeness to my pet, you have been there for me and helped my fears of having his care attended to when needed. My buddy is very important to me and it helps to know someone out there is on our side.

Costs a lot and did not realize it would go up every year

The cost is excessive for what is paid back. It takes too long to have a claim reviewed, 30 days is too long. Not worth the money it seems unless there is an accident or disease that even possibly may be covered by policy.

I am very happy with them

After a ton of research, I decided to go with Pets Best Insurance. I am very happy with them. I wish that I had the insurance as soon as I adopted my fur babies. It would have saved me from the huge medical bills that I got from orthopedic surgery. You never know when a major accident or illness will happen. I highly recommend them.

Turned around quickly and smoothly

Each submission has been turned around quickly and smoothly. The explanation of benefits is clear and easy to understand. It is a shame my personal medical insurance doesn't work this way!

I’m pretty happy.

Stormy’s insurance gives me peace of mind. I’m certainly happy that we have it and the few claims that he has had have been processed easily in a timely manner. What I would like to change is some of his exclusions because your company has seen them as chronic when they are not. He’s had one ear infection in 9 years and it’s seen as chronic or pre existing. His front leg is also excluded and was labeled as “lameness”. Stormy does not have a lame leg. He is a happy, healthy hiker who can’t wait to go to the woods every day. In reality, he bent a nail backwards on rocky terrain in the forest. I took him to his vet to make sure it was nothing more than that and it wasn’t. She restricted hiking for two weeks and long walks for 3 days as she called it a normal hiking injury. That is not a chronic condition. His obesity is, indeed, an issue. We are working on that. Overall, we are very happy.
