Why go anywhere else?
I have had Nationwide Insurance since Harry was 8 weeks old. He is now 8 years old and still going strong - and as is typical of the Old English Sheepdog breed - still acting like he is 2 years old. What a lovable clown he is! We have not had a year when I did not have to file a claim for services - and each claim has been handled quickly and efficiently. The explanation of benefits is clear and this company really cares about my pet. Why would I go anywhere else?

Customer service is top notch
Their customer service reps all deserve a raise - every time I've called in with a question they have been super easy to talk to and helped me understand my claims.
The only reason I didn't give a full 10 is because sometimes the process time is extremely slow and it feels like the claims get forgotten. I've had to call in 3 times to get a claim processed after I hadn't heard anything for weeks. But, to give the customer service reps another shoutout - whenever I call in my claim will get processed immediately.

Making a claim and getting it approved can be a hassle
Making a claim is a hassle because I can’t do it on my phone or tablet I have to use my computer. I had a claim denied because I was missing a document the representative I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Next time I had a similar claim I included all the documents but it was denied again. I have not found time to call yet to disputed.

My beloved pet got the care he needed
My beloved kitty had a urinarty tract disorder. After a weekend in the hospital we thought he was ok. He relapsed at 2 weeks and needed emergency surgery. Having the insurance made it possible to keep him in our lives. Submitting the claim was easy and it was paid in record time.

Pet insurance that lives up to its promises
We had never purchased pet insurance before, but decided to give it a try when we adopted our rescue beagle Max. We are so happy we chose ASPCA as they have lived up to their promised coverage beyond our expectations! They processed our claim right away and kept us informed throughout the process. Reimbursement, which was more than we expected, was prompt after receiving additional information from our Vet. We would highly recommend ASPCA to anyone considering pet insurance!!
