trupanion has been absolutely amazing. Having coverage with trupanion made making the hard choices easy. There was never a question of what was right compared to what I could afford. The claims process is so easy and went through in less than 48hrs. When I have called in for assistance everyone has been so nice, helpful and friendly. We’ve had insurance with Healthy Paws on our French Bulldog Genji ever since we first got him. Earlier this year, our vet said he needed to get airway surgery on his nose, soft palate, and larynx so he could breathe better. I did my research and was worried that he might not be covered because bulldogs can often develop breathing problems later in life, but Healthy Paws gave me absolutely NO hassle with the claim and was true to their word. I didn’t even have to fill out a form or anything. I had the surgery center send them the records by email after the procedure, and they reimbursed it at our coverage rate, no questions asked. We recently got a second Frenchie, Gus, and are so happy with Happy Paws that we’ll be getting insurance for him too.

Trupanion has allowed us to all enjoy Wally’s “golden years” without the worry of making the hardest decisions Based strictly on financial conditions.
