Wish it was quicker
I love being able to take a picture of receipt and send via phone app. I just wish it didn’t take so long for claim to be finalized

FCE Spinal Stroke
My deaf boxer suffered an FCE on Feb 23, 2018. Embrace has covered everything from theMRI, Assisi Loop, holistic accuoubture, electrotherapy and treadmill therapy and countless other claims. They are absolutely the best Pet Insurancd company around. I have had them for about 10 years and not one complaint!! Thank You Embrace!!

FIGO Bait and Switch
This company has decent customer service, but be prepared for your premiums to increase substantially after your first year. My dog is only 1 1/2 and has no health issues. When my policy was renewed after the first year, my premium was raised by 50%.

I wish my own insurance was this great!
I can’t tell you how much these guys have helped me out! My little girl, Bear Thunder, has had multiple health issues and Nationwide has covered so much of it. Honestly don’t know what I would have done with out it. It also gave me and the vets more freedom to do more tests on her to figure out what the exact problem was. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely amazing insurance

Thank you for taking care of our fur baby!
For the pass 18 months you have made it possible for Bailey to keep her eye site. She was diagnosed when she was 14 months old with primary glaucoma. We were devastated. With your help she was able to have surgery twice and is receiving continuous care by her eye specialist. Thank for caring and covering her!

The people at,"Embrace " are smooth operators"
Duke was taken to RF Animal Hospital for a scheduled surgery. I had brought with me the claim form. The receptionist told me that the Doctor would fill it out and that she would fax it to Embrace, in less than a week (more like 4 days) l received a response. I was expecting a couple of weeks. I was impressed!

Call experience was fine but we have issues with relatively claim processing experience with Trupanion - missed invoices and slow processing - which is impacting our score.
Call experience was fine but we have issues with relatively claim processing experience with Trupanion - missed invoices and slow processing - which is impacting our score. We also have a continuing concern with Trupanions coverage limitations which exclude shipping expense and sales tax on prescriptions - not sure why tax and shipping is not covered as this is a directly related cost.
