My cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and my vet recommended treatment that was going to cost more than $1100. I certainly couldn't afford this and I was so happy when I called the people at Pet Best Insurance when they told me that they would cover most of cost of the treatment. The customer service at Pet Best is always outstanding and I can't thank them enough!

Isis was very helpful and answered my questions about a determination of my claim. She explained how it came about and that I could appeal the decision. I said I wouldn't appeal it, because it was fair, but I wanted to know how your decision came about. She passed my inquiry along and told me she would get back to me. Thereafter, Isis called me and told me that your company adjusted the claim decision to my benefit. This company is very, very fair and several veterinarians we have spoken with say that their impression of the company is excellent.

As we all know our furry companions mean the world to us and when they are ill we worry & rush them to the doctor just as we would a human baby. My Little female weim puppy seemed to be urinating way too much. I immediately went online to do research. The symptoms that she demonstrated indicated that she could possibly have a UTI & if not taken care of could lead to other problems. It was a Nat'l holiday but I did not care I could not take a chance so I rushed her to the Vet. The end result was she did not have a UTI infection thank heaven. Healthy Paws processed my claim immediately and I received my payment within days. I was totally impressed with their customer service and the expedience of my claim. I will pass their name on to others that have puppies. By the way, most importantly I will pass their name on to my breeder as well as mention it on the breeders Facebook Page. Rates are reasonable. So far I have not needed to use the ASPCA Insurance for my dog but I am very grateful to be able to have health insurance coverage for her. I have her on the level 2 coverage for emergencies and hospitalization, I hope that I will never need to use the insurance but glad that I have it. I know that ASPCA has helped many people cover the expenses that they had for a pet in an emergency even my friend who lost her loving pet, ASPCA was there to help her in her time of need. I think that ASPCA is the best choice for pet health insurance and hope that they keep up the good work that they do.

My Airedales got into a baby-locked cabinet and ate an unknown amount of raisins. My vet immediately put them on IV therapy. They are healthy again because of the great care. Pets Best paid the claim within two days and cut an extremely expensive accident into an affordable one. The best thing is that my dogs are no worse for the wear. And all food has been removed from prying noses.
