ASPCA - A Good Choice, 6/8/15

We are pleased we chose ASPCA Pet Insurance for our yellow lab Julie. She was about 4 years old when we got her. We knew we had to have pet insurance for her because of the health problems and expenses we had with our last lab. Soon after we got Julie and her ASPCA insurance, she developed serious ongoing ear infections. Regular vets were unable to help her. We finally had to take her to a Veterinary Ear Specialist. He sees and treats her about 2-3 times a year to control her ear problems. She has also had other health care expenses. It would be difficult for us to afford her health care without ASPCA Insurance. ASPCA is also very helpful and usually prompt in processing her claims.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - VPI for BELLA the BULLDOG

We have had VPI since Bella the Bulldog was a puppy. VPI has a consistent review, communication, and reimbursement process that has been very helpful and timely to caring for our pet. VPI covered her entire ACL surgery and hospitalization for double pneumonia. We were thankful for the financial security while we dealt with our family pet's medical issues. 2 Thumbs up from Bella the Bulldog & Longwell Family

Easier to deal with than my own (human) insurance!

My dog recently had MPL surgery done by an orthopedic specialist. When I asked to fill out the claim forms, he advised my that in his experience, claims for the type of surgery my dog had all always declined. The surgeon had only had experience with VPI. 7 business days after filing my claim, I received an email from Embrace saying my claim had been approved and my check is in the mail! I paid out of pocket a total of 2540.00, and Embrace paid for all but 400.00!

True customer care from Healthy Paws

Recently, we had to take my dog into an emergency clinic and she had to get an endoscopy to remove and item she had a swallowed followed by 2 follow up days at her vet for IV fluids and antibiotics. After things calmed down I submitted the 3 claims for the different invoices to Healthy Paws. It was so easy to submit the claims and notes online and Healthy Paws responded quickly about the status of processing the claims and the reimbursements we would be receiving. I was so surprised when a week later, I got contacted by Healthy Paws just checking in to see how she was doing after everything that had happened. It was such a nice touch and I was so surprised to receive that email. It really made me feel like who they care for. I was very pleased with the speed of processing my claims and so impressed by their follow up.

Happy I Signed Up!

My dog got ahold of a larger dog's dog treat and ate the whole thing. She was in the hospital for 24 hours and the bill was over $800. I am so happy I signed up for Pets Best. With my $100 deductible and 90% coverage I paid less than $200 for her treatment. What a blessing. In the past, I had VPI insurance for another dog and their benefits schedule was terrible. I like Pets Best because they pay based on what your vet bill is. I submitted my claim and about a week later they paid my claim and sent the money to my bank account. Their rates are also reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

Responsive Service!

Our pet Floyd has had Embrace insurance since he was a puppy for 4 years now. From his wellness claims to more serious health situations, Embrace has been incredibly responsive in processing his claims, sending reimbursement and at some times explaining why the claim is not covered. Our family is very pleased with Embrace and will continue converage.

Love Embrace!!

I have a dog with arthritis who has needed alot of treatment and Embrace has covered most of the bills. So glad I have this insurance. They are wonderful and never have any problems. I highly recommend Embrace to everyone who owns a pet.

I'm a believer......

I used to believe that pet insurance was a waste of money. Not any more. We lost our golden retriever Lexi quickly , devastating and very expensive. When we were ready to adopt again I started looking at pet insurance. I spent weeks comparing and finally settle in Embrace. I have to say they have not disappointed. My claims are processed quickly and efficiently. I love that they communicate with me at every step. This is worth it.

HUGE help with Glaucoma Spike

Our 10 year old Jack Russell suddenly developed a bulging, silvery eye. We immediately took her to the vets and discovered she had a Glaucoma spike that rendered her blind in that eye, was causing her pain and would result in expensive surgery. We were referred to a specialist that presented us with several options and we chose to have the eye removed. It was a heartbreaking decision. Our dealings with Trupanion could not have gone any smoother which was fantastic because I really couldn’t have handled the extra stress of fighting with an insurance company while I worried about my girl. I submitted a claim and within hours I had an email response detailing what would and would not be covered. By the end of the week I had a reimbursement check and I was very satisfied with the amount. As Sunny goes for follow ups, I fax a single page claim to Trupanion (not reams of complicated paperwork) and check of the box that tells them this is related to another claim and again, within hours I receive an update as to the status of my claim and by the end of the week I have a check. I will always use Trupanion to cover my pets.
