The people at,"Embrace " are smooth operators"
Duke was taken to RF Animal Hospital for a scheduled surgery. I had brought with me the claim form. The receptionist told me that the Doctor would fill it out and that she would fax it to Embrace, in less than a week (more like 4 days) l received a response. I was expecting a couple of weeks. I was impressed!

Call experience was fine but we have issues with relatively claim processing experience with Trupanion - missed invoices and slow processing - which is impacting our score.

We also have a continuing concern with Trupanions coverage limitations which exclude shipping expense and sales tax on prescriptions - not sure why tax and shipping is not covered as this is a directly related cost.

Do what they say
My Border Collie has come down with an immune disease and Embrace is coming through again. Easy to make claims and fast reimbursement payments. My other mixed breed dogs have had claims as well and I have never had any problems with the claims. They cover what they say they will, and have good customer service.

Speed up the reimbursement process.
Im not happy that it takes 3plus weeks to get a reimbursement. I thought with the Vitus pet it would be quicker but it's not.

Sick with diarrhea
We have the Whole Pet Wellness policy for Maya. We have used the policy in Maya's first year and I will say Nationwide has been excellent to work with and has settled the claims very promptly. I recommend Nationwide and specifically this policy to family & friends with pets. Thank you Nationwide!

Check got to me slow
Get check slow because I choose to get actual check rather than direct deposit. Wish there were a way to speed up getting actual check vs direct deposit.
