Get check slow because I choose to get actual check rather than direct deposit. Wish there were a way to speed up getting actual check vs direct deposit.

I am very happy with the caring and helpful attitude whenever I call Trupanion with questions regarding my pet policy. While it may be expensive for some families, it has worked out better than expected for mine. I originally got the policy for one expensive dog I adopted where the breed is subject to some problems but have used it more when I added my adopted-from-a-kill-shelter dog and wasn't expecting any problems at all.

Claims are handled promptly
Claims are handled promptly and fairly with reimbursement, as appropriate, quickly received. If the vet does not sent in the claim, an individual can do it easily with the online resources provided by Trupanion.

This is the best pet insurance one can buy for their little one !!!!
Have had this insurance covering our dog , Louie for over 6 years now!!!! They are trust worthy, and are very timely on paying any claims we are covered under! A Pet is not any different than a loved one , so insurance is a must !! It is comforting to know This Insurance is there if we need them!
