Great claims process
This year our dog has had several health issues and he has needed to see several different specialists. Embrace has been paying out claims for each visit once we met our deductible.

Claim decision reversed - thank you.
Thank you for reversing your decision as regards my claim for Layla Kootenai on 8/17. I appreciate it and am now a happy customer and feel good about Embrace.I want to feel good about my Layla's insurer - really. I can now recommend Embrace to other pet owners.

Nothing but the best in the time of need!
We went through close to a year of worries with Waylon. We went though multiple anti-biotics, anti-parasitics, and even a dental surgery. Embrace was there through the whole thing. Not only was the reimbursement the best in the business but also fast and efficient. We're so glad we insured Waylon with Embrace and recommend it to everyone we talk to.

Regarding 8/17/2016 claim
I do not understand your claim process. A claim was submitted for a stool sample ordered by the vet as she suspected eosinophil. She wanted to rule out parasites. Layla had a blood test that showed elevated eosinophil in her blood, plus swelling in her lip and foot. I do not consider this - the stool sample - a routine test and have no idea why it was called wellness as the purpose was to help diagnose. I am not happy about this. I feel like I am dealing with a human insurance company, only worse. I is not making me feel good about Embrace.

Excellent
Embrace has been there every step of the way. Our dog has had a lot of medical conditions over the past month & Embrace has fully covered everything. I highly recommend!

Affordable basic policy
This is a straightforward, basic policy that gives good peace of mind- my cat had an asthma attack and I needed to bring him to the animal ER. Knowing I may get some reimbursement is quite comforting, even with a basic plan. Being able to afford to treat my cat eased a stressful time. Plus, the online user interface is really easy to use.

Peach pit
Healthy Paws is the best thing we ever purchased. Luna, decided to swallow a peach pit and couldn't throw it up. The doctors had to remove it surgically and it was one less worry that we had Healthy Paws insurance to help us with the cost for the procedure. The refund check came in to us within a week of processing.

Consistently great service during a diffcult time
My review for Embrace has been long overdue. We've had a Boxer for the last 7 years and got Embrace insurance right away. Every time we've submitted a claim, the turn around time has been quick and we've always had our claims paid for. Recently our Boxer, Judah, stopped playing, and had some eye problems. A very long story short, he was seen a couple times in the ED and began having seizures, we were given a neurology appointment the following day and an MRI showed an inoperable brain tumor. While we are devastated, we have him home with us, and the medical treatment has halted the seizures. Had we not had Embrace insurance, there is no way we could have afforded the diagnostics and emergency care he required. Now, he is stable, having a very good quality of life, and we have time to spoil him (like he wasn't already!) and love him, and enjoy the time we have left with him. I recommend this company 100% and want to thank them for their excellent service, especially during a devastating time. They've helped make it possible for us to provide the best care and loving home possible for our dog ~ Thanks
