Because you did not have an 12?? She was supportive and understanding. Explained the accumulated $250. On qualifying service and was so sorry LuLu had so many pre-existing issues that did not qualify. I kept my plan as is and fwd photos of LuLu. Brovo toTrupanion!

Thank you for supporting us with Brutus anxiety

Outcome of Claim disappointed.
Claim denied said preexisting...not true as we've had Trupanion since he was a puppy perhaps 4 months old. Not going to fight this however have been disappointed with Trupanion and would now have chosen a different carrier.

No Surprises!
Our experience was that our Vet's office contacted Trupanion and took care of everything! Trupanion responded in a timely manner and covered what was expected. No Surprises!!
