Stops approvals when you hit deductible
My 16-month-old collie has persistent giardiasis. Embrace approved the claim when my vet reported it as "Gastroenteritis and Giardiasis", but the exact same problem (one time called "diarrhea and giardiasis," and the other time called gastroenteritis) was not approved. It appears they decided not to cover it as soon as I hit the deductible.

i am very happy with Embrace Insurance.
we purchased our dog from a breeder. After trying to get Embrace Pet Insurance we learned through your required pet exam that our young German Sheppard puppy had Hip Dysplasia. It was because of your required exam that we found that out, so thanks so much for the required exam. The only problem that we have is that it is considered as a pre-existing condition. He is a very costly addition to our family, but we love him so much. Thousands of dollars have gone into him. He is so young and I do not want him to suffer. Thank you so much we are very happy with your company.

GREAT SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
Embrace has helped us recover a part of the finances spent due to a tragic event in our lives. Still waiting on a response regarding claims, otherwise communication has been good via email. Thus far we are happy with Embrace and would recommend them to friends.

Easy process!
I am pleased with how easy it is to submit claims for Wellness (preventive care) and how quick and responsive the claims are handled. I was delighted to learn that immunization titers are covered. The Wellness feature alone provides a good return on investing in this pet insurance.

Peace of Mind for my Pups!
At the beginning of the year my husband and I decided to obtain pet insurance for our two Yorkies. I bank through USAA and they recommended Embrace and we could not be happier with the service. My yorkie suffered from acute pancreatitis this past month and was extremely sick for about week; requiring hospitalization at a Pet ER. It was stressful enough worrying if he would fully recover from his illness and knowing that he had Embrace made it easier on the family! The reimbursement turn around was extremely speedy and customer service was very supportive the entire experience. The most important thing is that Bruno did make a full recovery, but the experience could have been so much worse without the help of Embrace!

Wonderful company!
Their customer service people have all been wonderful.
They keep you informed every step of the process and have a pretty quick turnaround process.

Embrace continues to provide excellent coverage.
We currently have two Great Danes covered by Embrace; our two previous Danes were also covered by Embrace.
While the younger dog typically only has Wellness expenses, the older one has had a number of issues, some quite expensive. Most recently the older Dane has been experiencing back issues.
We could not be more pleased with both the coverage and service Embrace provides. Shortly after a claim is submitted through our veterinarian, we get email feedback from Embrace indicating they got it and providing an estimate of when it will be settled. The payments are always promptly made, and the explanation of benefits is always clear and satisfactory. Even our vet was impressed with the percent covered for an MRI.

First Claim with Embrace
I took my dog into the vet for his regular check up after singing up for insurance and the wellness plan. I sent in a claim form for his wellness check up, my first claim with this company. I was updated and emailed throughout the process and have been informed that my check is on its way. This was the quickest and easiest process I've ever done and I look forward to the future with Embrace.

great turnaround time
I have never filed a claim for my pet before and my first experience was a good one for sure. the wellness claim for is simple to complete and the turn around time on the claim review is terrific. I work for an insurance company and although I do not work in claims I would rate the response time as excellent.

Your Perfect Service!
A week ago my Pets was acting strange. She became lethargic and had fever. No one knew what is the cause- eventually we figured out that it was an Abscess. We tried everything we can in order to help her heal. The fact that we had insurance allowed us to feel secure and make decisions that are not money-related.
Eventually- all our claims were covered. We wanted to thank you -Embrace and everyone on the Claim team- from the bottom of our hearts- for Embracing our Chicka!
