I have had coverage from other companies and none have come close to Healthy Paws.

The BEST pet insurance
Filing a claim is hassle free and easy. They follow up in a very timely fashion and reimbursement check comes FAST. Very impressed with this company and how they operate. I am recommending them to all of my friends.

Outstanding!
My senior Husky suddenly lost her sight in September. As we have gone through tests to understand the root cause and find a treatment plan, the Embrace team has been amazing...paying claims quickly, inquiring about Blitz's heath and offering support and information. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Perfect service!

Worth the extra money
Was hesitant about getting insurance for my dog. Have never needed in the past and figured what the hell. What made my select these guys is the pay out with no limits. I got to put it to the test 8 months in when my pup ate two large socks and had a minor obstruction. $3500 later I get a check for 90% -$500 deductible.
Currently I am using the insurance monthly due to allergies my golden has. Everything from his bathing supplies and medication and shots are all covered.
I would not hesitate getting insurance again has saved me a boat load.

Highly recommend
ASPCA Pet Insurance was the greatest investment for my dog. Maggie was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age 4. The news was so difficult, and thankfully filing a claim with ASPCA was the least of my concerns. The process was easy and quick. Representatives are kind and helpful. I'd recommend the company to anyone!

Comfort and Confidence
My beautiful senior Husky has had a rash of bad luck and we have been at the vet for a Vestibular Attack, A urinary tract Infection and now, sudden blindness. BEWARE on verge of getting legal counsel
BEWARE! On the verge of getting legal counsel!
Only gave 1 star bc I couldn't give 0 (zero). This company is always ready to find an excuse to not pay. Undue stress with every claim. Extremely expensive monthly premiums ($300.00 for two dogs, this is EACH MONTH! ) for the amount of aggravation you go through over EACH claim! Very slow in processing and they DON'T do their job.
They say they send requests to vets but when you call the vet the vet tells you they were never contacted. They constantly ask for medical history because they want to put things under pre-existing conditions so they don't have to pay. Even the vets ask why do they need the medical history, nothing has changed! This is the vet who says this!
Horrible customer service too. You can never get a manager. No one is there. They are in a meeting. Or, they left. Nothing but a constant argument. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
First denied they covered teeth. Had to get a screenshot from their website that advertised they are covered if fractured. Doctor told them they were fractured. Now denying it because they say they were worn. They Just don't want to pay the $2500.00

Are There When You Need Them
My little girl had knee surgery on Oct 26 and one month later we received the payment, which was quite substantial. I'd say that's great customer service. No fuss, no muss. Thanks, Embrace, for being there when we needed you, as always.
