I was referred. Got excellent overview of insurance from rep Erin. Patient & very knowledgeable. No pressure just great customer service. He listened to my needs.
Also detailed how to claim and contact a rep at any time for policy info. Excellent customer rep

As an insurance company, they feel more like family looking after my family then they are an insurance co. Clear, no nonsense insurance
My pup was enrolled without any difficulty. All was explained well. The insurance package is the better of all other companies where there is only 1 deductible, there are no tiers, they offer holistic coverage, it is just no nonsense insurance.
