Trupanion is always very helpful and fast. Its a pleasure to work with anyone on the team and its always easy to get a response.

My claims are easy to make and taken care of promptly.

Figo seemed like a great deal for my first year but they recently raised my monthly rate from $30,00 a month to $67.00 a month. I did not get ANY notification that they were raising the rate and the only reason I noticed is because I went in my app to check on a claim and was looking at all the options on the app. They told me the raise in rate was due to higher vet fees in the state where I live which I don't understand as my particular veterinarian's fees are not going up. It's a new insurance company and I think they are an absolute scam to rope you in and then charge you higher fees. Happily switching to new company.

I love working with Nationwide for Maxwell's Pet Insurance. They were easy to set up when we brought him home as a puppy and claims are proceeded quickly!

The best investment I have ever made. I adopted an Akita who has many medical issues, and I have never had an problem with the abundance of claims I have turned in. I tell anyone with a fur baby about how wonderful this insurance is.

I only wish my health care claims process was as outstanding as trupanion. Staff are all lovely and , process is easy and payment is swift. The best!

My dog's insurance coverage was effective on 5/15/18. Unfortunately on 5/18, she was involved in an altercation with another dog that resulted in a gash under her eye that needed to be stitched immediately - of course after hours. Nationwide paid the claim in about 2 wks - no questions asked. Made me one happy camper!
