The worst insurance on the market. Got the accident insurance, my little maltese got his leg caught up on bed frame, tore his knee from socket, $3000,00 operation they won't help one bit even after vet called headquaters, said we don't pay for ligament damage. What's the sense of insurance?

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Healthy Paws. They fully covered a very expensive surgery unbelievably quickly. Our ten month old border collie, Athena needed surgery on her knee. Being a very active border collie makes recovering major leg surgery very difficult. Having Healthy Paws insurance has really removed a great deal of the stress from Athena's parents so our energy can go towards the challenge of keeping Athena engaged without activity. I'm feeling very smart to have bought of insurance and even smarter for choosing Healthy Paws. There rapid response was amazing. When I called with a question they couldn't have been more concerned and helpful. I wish people insurance could be like this.

My beagle tore his CCL just about 2 weeks after the waiting period upon me signing up for Healthy Paws. I was SO nervous this would be a headache, but the process was as simple as getting his records faxed over. When our old vet took their time with doing so, a Healthy Paws rep contacted the vet for me and got it taken care of. Within 2 days of my boy's surgery, the claim has been received, accepted, and reimbursement was sent out. I also received a sweet email from Healthy Paws checking up on us and giving my pup their well wishes. Definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who wants some reassurance for their four-legged family members. Side note: you can choose your premium and you won't break the bank!

There was no communication I had to log on to find out an email update would have been nice. Also no explanation as to benefit I know about the deductible but there was another $200 with held and not included with out explanation

My wife and I have male long haired German Shepherd. We enrolled him in Embrace to cover a serious injury should it occur. We are very happy with Embrace and especially their customer service which is excellent. We trust them and have had only positive experiences in our claim handling. They are top shelf!
