Reliable insurance
I would like Trupanion to look into covering some percentage if not the 90/10 coverage for pre existing conditions .
It's not in our control that some pets develop some issues at an early stage and then any treatment for those issues are not covered at all because they are pre existing .

I wish my insurance was this good.
So prompt, so user friendly. We will keep every animal that we ever have insured with you guys forever. It was amazing to be able to say yes to a life saving surgery for our sweet boy, Jasper. He would have died without it. It's hard to articulate what that would have done to us, and how grateful we are that he's home. Thank you!

Very happy customer
We bought a beautiful puppy to replace our loving dog who died of cancer and because we had some pretty high medical expenses, we decided to get our new Bebe an insurance policy at only a couple of months old. About a month after our purchase Bebe scratched her eye somehow outside and had a $300+ vet bill. Except for sending her up to date shot records and invoices, we were sent 3 checks without any hassle. We did the right thing with Healthy Paws.
