My trupanion

I've carried Trupanion insurance on both my dogs for years and I will always have it on any pet I own. They've both had eye surgery and I've received fair, no hassle, timely reimbursement checks. Currently my Jack Russell is being treated for glaucoma. I've literally had claims settled in my favor within hours. I highly recommend it. I couldn't be happier.

Grateful for Reimbursements

This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am very glad that I decided to purchase it. Although my cairn/terrier is only 3 years old she has recently experienced severe bouts of colon and pancreas inflammation that required one middle of the night trip to the pet ER and two multiple-day hospitalizations at our vet. My retiree's budget was not ready for this and the reimbursements from Embrace-- which were prompt and in keeping with the policy agreement -- have been a source of considerable relief.

Healthy Paws is a savior!

Healthy Paws was recommended to me by my friend and insurance broker of many years. I had never owned a pet and would never have thought to purchase it without his tip. Within a few weeks of rescuing a 1 year old cat, he unfortunately developed abscesses on his arms. Luckily I had purchased the insurance policy through healthy paws and they immediately stepped in with coverage. The process couldn't have been easier or quicker using the app and website. Customer service (while not needed) quickly addressed all of my questions at the outset and reimbursement checks were received within a week even for the initial claim. This is a must-have for any pet owner.

Blessing in difficult times

Being unemployed and living paycheck to paycheck it is a huge blessing to have pet insurance that is affordable and with a great company that handles timely refunds!!! The biggest blessing and smartest thing I ever did is get pet insurance when my dog was a puppy. From eating a remote control, to developing allergies as she grew older to developing seizures her monthly cost added up. In between jobs this reduces a great deal of stress and makes me happy knowing I can still manage to get her health care needs taken care of. The refund timing is always quick and I recently did increase her to the wellness coverage and it is still affordable!!! Such a blessing and so blessed to have found Pet Embrace Health Insurance!

So very grateful to have pet insurance

Thankfully we picked up coverage on our three dogs several years ago (after the death of two elderly cats and one dog that didn't have insurance). The past few months have been a blur with both of our Beagles experiencing back problems.One was easily diagnosed and after a few weeks on some meds and kennel rest she has made a great recovery. Unfortunately, our other Beagle did not get off so easy. She has been diagnosed (after being referred to a neurologist and getting an MRI, spinal tap and several other tests) with Spinal GME. She is currently under going monthly in-house chemo treatments (two night stay at the hospital) along with taking daily chemo pills and steroids all in the hope of resetting her immune system. There is no way we could continue to provide her this level of care without Embrace. When the vets start talking about costs, I just shush them and tell them we have pet insurance and if it is best for her recovery then we need to do it. We are just at the beginning of her treatment and so far have spent about $5K, since we have the 80/20 coverage Embrace has covered nearly $4K. The only thing I would change if I could go back ... I would have chosen the 90/10 coverage! We also provide acupuncture to all of our dogs - Embrace covers that too. I don't know how Embrace could make the claims process any easier. I choose to email our claim forms with the receipts (so I also have a scanned copy on my computer); however, faxing them is also an option. I typically receive an email within 24 hours letting me know the claim has been received and will get emails throughout the review process until a final decision to cover the cost is made. Other than the initial claim where we had to get with several different vets to gather all her records from the past year, we have never had to wait more than 5-10 days for the decision and the refund to be sent electronically to our account. We have never been denied coverage on any of our claims. I am so grateful to have Embrace insurance, it certainly helps me sleep better knowing I can provide my pets with the vet care they need. Anytime I have called with questions, the customer service has been outstanding and very patient with a stressed out pet owner. Thank you Embrace for helping me take care of my babies.

Very Pleased

This is my first experience with pet insurance and am very happy with Embrace. All claims have been handled promptly, communication from the company regarding claims is really good and easy to understand and reimbursement check are issued quickly. I also have the Wellness Benefit which is really nice. I'm really glad that I decided on pet insurance and went with Embrace. (English Mastiff)

Exceeding my expectations with every contact

I am the proud mommy of two adorable 8month old teenage cats. I adopted them in Feb. 2015, after having lost my best furry friend 3days before Christmas just a few months prior to kidney failure. I thought about health insurance before, and can't help wondering if poor Squeakers may have had a different outcome. So, even though I live on nothing but social security, insurance for my new babies was decided a necessity. I couldn't be more pleased. For my well visit, I scheduled for the first day I received my check, submitted my paperwork, and received a direct deposit in less than 10 days! That allows me to "borrow" bill money for end of month bills, or (end of month food money) with the comfort that processing and deposit will allow for them to get paid. THAT is an added comfort I could only have hoped for!

ASPCA to the Rescue

Our 5 year old Labrador, Molly, was throwing up and not getting better. We were at the vet's office 4 times in the span of a month. Finally she got better! Then we submitted our claims and not only were we impressed about the quick turnaround from ASPCA, they called us to ask about Molly! Fantastic service and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet! Thanks ASPCA!
