East of doing business
I've had a policy with Embrace for 5 years now. It has been very easy to file claims and review their statust. It has been worth every penny spent on the premium. I'd recommonend Embrace for sure.

When I Called To Cancel My Pol…
When I called to cancel my policy for our dog who died, the agent was sincerely sympathetic. That was nice.

I though Embrace was good insurance for my pet.
My 12 year old golden retriever Bailey just passed away. He was covered by Embrace since he was 1. Embrace charged a fair amount each month, paid the claims they said they would and always answered the phone every time I called with a real person who could answer my questions. If I get another dog, I will use embrace again.

Infected Nail
Our black lab, split his nail and it became infected. Embrace is always so supportive of our claims. I highly recommend them to every pet owner!

Relieving
YOu are a breath of fresh air compared to other pet insurance companies that make no effort to disguise their lack of caring for the pets they insure and scam pet owners out of their rightful reimbursements. Thanks for being there.

Healthy Paws is a Life Saver!
Healthy Paws is outstanding - we couldn't give it any higher of a recommendation! When our Jack Russell, Rocky, got diagnosed with congestive heart failure the medical bills started to pile up quickly but with Health Paws we were able to get him the care that he needed without having the stress of wondering how we'd have to cover all of the specialist fees. When Rocky passed away, the Healthy Paws team sent us a hand written condolences card that meant to world to our family as we were grieving.
We currently have Healthy Paws for our bulldog, Cenzo, and our puppy, Lucca. Cenzo has had a nasty spat with skin issues (yay bulldogs!) this year with dermatologist bills and medication costing a small fortune. Again, without fail, Healthy Paws has paid all of the claims quickly and without question.
Aside from the great service, the mobile app is terrific. After a vet appointment I can just take a picture of the bill and submit instantly and within a few days we have a reimbursement check in the mailbox.
I would highly recommend pet insurance for any pet owner. For our family, we will always use Health Paws - we can't recommend them strongly enough!

embrace has been paying my kitty layla's claims.
Embrace has impressed and pleased me by paying for treatments related to eosinophilia for my kitty, Layla. Layla is being treated for allergies, and I really appreciate the fact that the treatments are being honored. The treatments are helping Layla. My vet clinic is also very impressed with Embrace and the visits it has honored.
