Claims process is very easy.
This was the second claim I filed this year. And each time the process was very easy. And the response and claim payment was very quick. Even on the last claim...when there was a delay, I was notified by email of the delay.

My only complaint thus far is that you do not cover the consultation that we have to have with the specialist we needed to see for our dogs heart problem.
My only complaint thus far is that you do not cover the consultation that we have to have with the specialist we needed to see for our dogs heart problem. You cover the x-rays, MRI, but not for the time that the doctor needed to explain what they found in the x-rays and MRI's and how to treat it. The X-rays and MRI are useless to us unless explained. This is part of the same illness, not an additional problem. We would not understand what they had found without a consultation.

The Pets Best claims process was easy and quick.
The Pets Best claims process was very easy and quick! I was appreciative of the email I received notifying me of a slight delay in the process. I was surprised to receive a policy update letter just days later increasing my rates significantly. That was quite disappointing as we've been loyal customers and this was our first time placing a claim.

Never again with this Pet's Best
Should be called "Pet's Worst." They denied my first claim becuase my cat caught a cold twice in 1 year. I'd be surpised if they were objective enough to even post this.
