Still satisfied one year later - rate DECREASE
I have had Trupanion for almost one year and received an email today titled "Trupanion Premium Change Notification." Having read some other reviews about rate increases, I dreaded opening the message.
I was completely surprised and delighted to see that it was notice of a 10% DECREASE in the premium. My cat is 2 years old and was diagnosed with severe stomatitis early in 2012. She underwent a complicated surgery to remove all of her teeth, and she has been great ever since.
Trupanion has paid over $3000 in claims in 2012. They have paid promptly and according to the plan coverage. I did request pre-approval for the full-mouth extraction, and highly recommend requesting pre-approval if time is available to do so.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE Service!!!
It can not get any better than Healthy Paws!! I submitted my claim via email at 2 p.m. on Wednesday. The next day, at 8:15 a.m. I receive an email stating that the claim was processed and the check is on the way!!! This is not a one-time event either! My other claims, sent by mail, also had an outstanding turn-around time. The customer support team is also very friendly, caring, and supportive. No need to shop around . . . this is the best!!

Working for me & my pup!
I've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for my dog over several years now, and we're quite pleased with it. As our needs have changed, I've been able to get clear explanations from customer service & to keep coverage at an affordable level. And when Poko has had the occasional injury, this company has been prompt & fair with vet bill reimbursements. Can't ask for anything more!

Personalized Service!
My little Lucy had been throwing up and losing weight for a for a few days, so when it didn't stop, I had to take her to the vet. As it turns out, she had an ear infection and it was making her nauseous. It took her a few rounds of antibiotics, anti-nausea pills, and she was all better. I am very glad that I have Embrace coverage or the out of pocket expenses would be over $500. And that is just for an ear infection! Embrace kept me in the loop during their processing of the claims so I knew my claim was received and in process. If the claim was delayed for any reason, they would follow up with me and let me know they were working on it. I appreciate the personalized service and the peace of mind to know that with Embrace coverage, I can always take care of Lucy's needs. If anyone is contemplating insurance coverage, it is well worth it and Embrace is the best way to go. They reimburse exactly what is covered in your plan without any issues. I tell every pet owner I meet to get this insurance. I never want to have to make a decision about Lucy's health based on money. With Embrace, she is covered!
