Hi, I am so grateful for Trupanion!!!! Thank you for covering my dogs surgeries!! One thing though, my vet did not receive the pre approval although they requested it. I sent them the copy I received.

They didn't cover the claim... But that's ok it wasn't part of the policy. It was easy to submit the claim and they got back to me with an answer real quick.
