Trupanion Website is a Pain ^..^
"Based on enrollment experience" Website kept kicking me out, site wouldn't accept my passwords but wouldn't tell me why. Had to ask for password reset 5 times before I was finally IN. Was told to watch for eMail "offer" and never saw anything. Would recommend Trupanion if based on anything else but enrollment experience ^..^

Awesone
We have had our fur baby for 8 months and she suddenly went blind. After seeing an ophthalmologist and a neurologist they found the cause and reversed her blindness. Without our heath insurance we may not have been able to afford the specialist. Trupanion made everything simple. After a few phone calls to their super nice customer service representatives we weee all set. People think we are crazy for having health insurance on our 2 frenchies but we just laugh and relax knowing we have a wonderful company such as Trupanion to rely on. Would very highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
Absolutely amazing customer service! No tiny print in the insurance contract. I researched pet insurance companies for over a week before deciding on Trupanion, and I have been extremely pleased with that decision!
