Overall, I have been very pleased with Pets Best claims process. It is very easy to file, very quick at processing, helpful in answering questions when calling in, always nice and making sure understand process .

Embrace has been a financial life saver, not just for my pocket book, but literally for my dog, Yara. The best thing I did was purchase insurance when we brought home a new puppy. With all the sorts of mischief she's gotten into that has led to multiple costly emergency visits, we may not have been able to cover the costs ourselves without the benefits of Embrace.

We have always been happy with this insurance. We are so happy especially because our Malcolm, as you know, has mental issues causing him to swallow his toys whole. He s had so many issues in his life, I do call him my special needs dog. Never had one like him! 😂. Also, McKenzie has had a couple of weird things too. Trupanion has always paid right up without balking. This was the only time that took quite so long to get to a resolution though. I'm not quite sure why it took that long. Luckily, we had enough in our account to float until it got paid.

It was great. I understood every decision that was made, and appreciate the great service.

My baby, Cooter Bailey, passed away this week amd having to call and communicate this information to the insurance company was very difficult for me. They made my call as easy on me as they could and i appreciate their understanding and empathy during this very difficult and sad time for me.

I am so glad we enrolled in this pet insurance program. They have been so helpful in the continued health of our female Belgian Malinoise. She has an uncanny ability of getting herself into crazy situations resulting in a trip to the vet! Our insurance has been a blessing!

I adopted a wonderful husky puppy in June in which I immediately enrolled her at Healthy Paws after friends had recommended it to me. Recently I found out that my sweet girl has issues in her back knees and would need surgery to correct them if she had any hope of being able to run and play like a normal dog. She has now undergone 2 knee surgery's in the last month and Healthy Paw has been incredible and a life saver for me financially. They have been very kind and caring and have processed my claims smoothly and quickly. I am SO incredibly thankful for her insurance coverage and would highly recommend!

Wellness is not worth it on any of their plans. Submitted $200 claim and received $75. I can put the $20 a month into a saving account. I will at least be able to pay the whole amount off. I cancelled this policy and opened a saving account. One catch is that I also own a wellness and health plan for my other dog. You have to meet the deductible (whether wellness or regular claim). I was told that wellness would be like the other plan. I will be moving to another company as soon as this policy expires. I have met the deductible for this year so at least I am covered.

More than pleased with ASPCA - every dealing with them is carried out in a professional and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending ASPCA to anyone.
