Very fast and helpful company
I was a bit confused on what was covered and what wasn't. Once I spoke to an agent on the phone they cleared that up for me. Filing claims is very quick and easy going thru the app.

First Time Customer and Very Satisfied.
I'm new to Trupanion and this was my first time sending in a claim. The process was easy, convenient and I received a response promptly. So far, I'm very impressed with Trupanion's customer service, the number of emails I receive to "stay in touch" with me as a customer or right on target. I've had MANY dogs in my life and this is the first puppy that I've gotten health insurance for...I'm glad I did. Thank You --
