Client oriented company!!
I was impressed with the efficiency and promptness with which claims were responded to and handled. Communications were concise and clear. Checks were promptly cut and mailed. Option was presented for faster payment if I allowed the company to do automatic deposits. But the hard copy was sent without any long delay. I was very impressed with how professional and customer oriented the company strives to be and succeeds in being.

They NEVER pay, but ALWAYS jack up the policy!!!
Pathetic!! Raised my policy 33% last yr and my dog is healthy. The FEW times I have tried to get $$$ back is almost ALWAYS so sad, too bad!!! When I first got them used to tell as many as possible about them. THAT has changed!!!

Trupanion the best during difficult time
I am thankful for Trupanion for not making it a difficult process during a very difficult time for me. My dog was sick and ended up having cancer. We were in the process of getting him cleared for surgery, but unfortunately he did not make it.
But Trupanion made filing my claims very easy, even though the last thing I wanted to do was have to file claims for my dog that had passed. Trupanion made it so simple that it made me thankful for their service. Thank you for everything and I will continue to have Trupanion for all of my pets and future pets.

Great Coverage!
My vet recommend Trupanion and I also saw that they had high recommendations on dog facebook pages. It was easy to sign up. I wish the coverage rules were outlined better when filling out a quote but I found them after signing up officially. It looks really easy to submit a claim and it looks like they cover more than most pet insurance plans.
