So glad we bought pet insurance!
Initially, I felt a little silly buying Pet insurance, but over the years, we have had to file many claims for 2 different pets' reoccurring injuries/illnesses. Each and every time, it has gone smoothly and we have received reimbursements so quickly! They are always friendly and helpful, we have had a great experience and we recommend Trupanion to anyone we know that is a pet owner:) Thank you!!

So easy!
Nationwide is the best insurance. Over the last 2 years they have really improved the speed of their reimbursements which is AWESOME! You get it usually within 3 days even big ones like my dog’s huge knee surgery. We love Nationwide and will use them for every one of our pets.

More Reimbursement For Recurring Visits
Wish I had gotten more money reimbursed for a recurring visit due to a recurring condition that my dog has, which usually gets reimbursed (the recurring condition) to my liking.

So far so good
I’m satisfied that I’m getting what I paid for with this insurance company. That’s not usually the case with most. My pup has had to go in twice and each time I submitted a claim online which is easy and they’ve paid it. I do wish it were a faster process, takes them at least a week or 2 to process the claim but that’s the only criticism I have so far.
