happy my shiba is okay
My Shiba was attacked by two large dogs. We had to rush him to the premiere dog clinic. He had his stomach and neck punctured and torn. I did not think twice about rushing him to the clinic because I knew I had accident insurance. ASPCA paid 90% of all my cost, my dog was taken care of and is back to his normal self.

Cost is reasonable
I think the cost of pet insurance is reasonable compared to the cost of treatments. Trupanion has been wonderful with the way that they have handled my claims.

Reliable pet coverage with a swift claims and other notification process.
I have had insurance with Nationwide since early on for my pet and as fate would have it, I have had to make claims under the policy. Nationwide has a very efficient claims process. You web site is intuitive and easy to use. Better than many I have seen. I have recommended Nationwide to many friends interested in getting pets. Can't say enough about the company and would never suggest to anyone to go without insurance. .

Excellent!
We have been with VPI since Cooper was a puppy. The insurance has provided excellent coverage and is very responsive when processing claims. Whenever I have had the need to call the representatives are professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Overall, very happy with the way things turned out.
In May of 2017 our dog Mickey was diagnosed as having a five and a half pound tumor in his stomach. Emergency surgery was needed to correct the situation. If not for having the policy that we have on Mickey he would not be here today. Very happy with most response times, but sometimes it takes a little longer to process claims. Sometimes our fault. Overall, very happy with the way things turned out. Mickey has been cancer free for just over a year now Thank you very much.

Thankful for Figo and their support for pets
Great company with reasonable rates for your pets coverage. They review claims and response in 24-48 hours and in 1-2 business days later you will receive a deposit or check for the reimbursed amount. Great customer service, great website, great team, and very happy with their coverage. Knowing my dog had a cancer scare and broke a tooth all within 8 months they covered everything besides my deductible for my pet and the percentage rate we choose. I have already recommended many others with pets to seek insurance needs with Figo. Very happy dog mom.

Does not pick up as much as they used to.
Was very surprised and disappointed at the claim reimbursement for my dog, Hershey. You need to review the amounts WITH A VET. $650 on a $3500 surgery is way wrong. Hospital stays and daily nursing need to be covered with your best medical policies!
I have not picked apart what was reimbursed on Mimi’s claim because I no longer trust the company anyway. The below comments relate to Mimi.
