Paperwork Confusion
I have been paid for this claim but I feel the communication between people at Embrace is a little fractured. I sent all of the appropriate paperwork on this claim probably 5 times until they emailed me back asking for it again. Also, it seems that I had a claim when they're trying to implement a new claims system and it took a month. Aside from that, the paid as expected.
