Very Positive Experience
I am very pleased with the care I received from Healthy Paws, both in the speed with which my claims were processed, and in the personal dialog I had with their customer service representatives. When our 9-year-old Sheltie was found to have both liver and gallbladder issues, I wasn't sure how much of her veterinary bills would be covered, since she has some disclosed pre-existing conditions. However, I was encouraged to find that Healthy Paws very promptly and fairly evaluated the claims for these new health issues, and made payment on the relevant diagnostic tests and treatment. They made the process of submitting the claim forms very simple, and immediately acknowledged that they were working on them. Reimbursement checks have already arrived. During the whole process I felt that they really cared about the level of service they were providing! And I'm happy to say that my dog Sylvie is doing much better!

Great for unexpected expenses
I have had this insurance for 5 of the 6.5 years I've had my dog and its been great. I have saved thousands and been able to give my dog the medical care she needs. It has paid for itself and allows me to go to specialty vets for my dog without question. I would highly recommend this insurance company for any pet owner.

All these years and still not disappointed
We have had Embrace for many years. The claims have always been resolved with regular contact form Embrace keeping us updated on our claims. What I have done was made copies for each vets' office so that they can file the claim after each visit. That has worked well.
The personnel at Embrace were so helpful on rushing a pre-approval through when out dog was injured. I can't say enough about the staff and integrity about the company during these times when I thought customer service was a thing of the past. Thank you Embrace.

First Claim Review
The verdict is in and I had a great experience with my first yearly dental claim, it proves I made the right choice!
The customer service is SUPERB, top-notch for sure!
The claim form was super easy to follow, even the vet's office staff was impressed! I'm extremely grateful to have found Embrace Pet Insurance!

Awesome Pet Insurance
I have had different insurance for my dog before, and it not only didn't cover anything, but it was a hassle to submit a claim and talk to someone. I recently switched to Embrace, and it has been the easiest process ever. I just got a $400 reimbursement check for my pet, and I received it within a week of the vet submitting the claim. I will definitely be sticking with Embrace!

coverage and cost
I have 2 shetland sheepogs, ages 3 an 10 months an 10 and 5 months. I have plans B an E for both dogs. I am responded to quickly. Policy period of 8/25/11-8/24/12 my costs for vet bills and premiums paid out was $7857.22 and I was reimbursed $2473.93 (31.5%). I feel that with a 250 deductible and one of my dogs reaching age 11 years in April, I am caught in an ever growing expense sink hole. I wish PetsBest considered owners' age and loyalty.

So happy with this policy!
I have an older dog insured under Pet Plan who seems to reduce the payments a lot, and deny some amounts as not covered. Not with Embrace, I have my 16 week old puppy enrolled in Embrace with Wellness and couldn't be happier with the service and quick turn around!

Fast. Friendly. Fantastic!
I had to rush my 15 month old Wemaraner to the emergency room as he was very ill. This happened at a time when I was going through a period of personal and professional transition and was already incredibly stressed and financially limited. It was a great piece of mind to know that I could spare no expense in making sure my little guy got the best treatment available and that the financial hit would be softened. When it came time to actually file the claim, the Healthy Paws team was amazing and made the process so painless! Their correspondence was very genuine and caring! My claim was processes and I was reimbursed within a week! I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws! They're the best!

Stay away from ASPCA Insurance.
Beware! They will tell you anything you want to hear to sign you up. They will lie about their continuing coverage, about what is covered, & it will take months for them to get back to you. This place has ripped me off for the past year with their continuing coverage fee. Go look somewhere else & save yourself the headaches.

Wonderful Experience
My French Bulldog needed to have her elongated soft palette clipped urgently. Every single person I encountered at Healthy Pet was warm, helpful, compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. They were available and responsive, documents were processed quickly and with zero problems. A representative even contacted me after the claim was processed to see how Daisy was doing. I wish my insurance company was this attentive!
