My Goldendoodle has been the healthiest dog for 5 years and then developed Masticatory Myositis. We have been in and out of the vet at least once a month since April and sometimes once a week. Embrace has been awesome with our claims. They have been there for us every step of the way. Even when my renewal came I reached my next years deductible within the first month and they kept in touch with me when I had satisfied it and the checks started coming in again! My claim is on going so they continue to pay each time I submit a claim for a test or office visit. My insurance claims with Embrace have been totally hassle free and I love how convenient and easy it is to submit a claim and receive the check.

I have been so happy after taking out a policy with Embrace on my adorable Labradoodle puppy. I have been to the Vet several times with an ear infection and other puppy maladies, (diarrhea, vomiting, etc.). The Embracer promptly sends me an email about the claim and within a fairly quick amount of time reviewed my claim, applied it toward the deductable, and refunded any money that was due. The Wellness insurance option is a great addition. Poppy is the first pet we have insured...and the first we have had a claim on life-threatening event. Embrace was there when we needed it most. And the 'Wellness' component helps make certain you are current on shots and general health exams....wonderful.

This was the first time I had to file a claim since I purchased pet insurance for my two dogs, Bailey and Lucy. Bailey was attacked by another dog while she was out for a walk with my grandson. Her front leg received several puncture wounds in the attack which resulted in a substantial vet bill. After several visits to the vet and several weeks we finally got her healed and she is as good as new. Because there were several visits and different invoices I expected a difficult time with the insurance reimbursement but I was wrong. The claim process was extremely simple and within three days of my vet faxing the claim, I had a check in my hand for the full amount I expected to receive. Healthy Paws is a great service! They've provided my pup with great insurance from the moment we signed up. As a graduate student, money was already extremely tight and i had to choose between getting insurance and being safe, or saving a few bucks every month for the long term. I'm glad that iwent with the former choice because Healthy Paws has beem nothing but helpf. My young pup has been suffering from a very sensitive stomach and having to go in for stomache medicine amd tests can get really expensive. Everytime I submit a claim, they are prompt to respond with a clear, logical explanation about what is covered and what isn't. They won't give you any loopholes to try and swindle you out of your money and they won't try to cheat you at all. These people genuinely care about you and your dog's well being! They occasionally send me emails asking how my dog is doing and they're always excited to hear stories or see pictures. These guys are the best,hands down !

I recently lost one of my pugs due to an extended illness and incurred staggering amount of vet bills. I told myself never again and wanted to get insurance on my younger pug, who is 6 years old. So I had him go get his annual office visit and he came out with flying colors. When we got him home from the vet, I went online and enrolled him. It was great peace of mind knowing that he had a clean bill of health and I had taken him for a visit per the requirements of this insurance. Incredibly, a lowly 18 days later, my pug had a bladder stone that obstructed his ureter and I had to rush him to the hospital where he had emergency surgery. Per the agreement, Healthy Paws paid its portion of my $4500 vet bill promptly once I provided them my pugs complete medical history. I can't say enough positive things about the experience.
