Excellent service
I’m so glad I have this insurance with Healthy paws. I wasn’t sure it was a good idea since I had a puppy and very healthy but who knew she would get hit by a motorcycle right in front of our vehicle. Her hip was pulled out of socket and tendons blown. She is doing good but the recovery time is long. Thank goodness we had this insurance/ with bills over $3000 and in pandemic - all finances are so tight. Getting the reimbursed check today was a huge blessing .

App makes it very convenient to file claims and the claims get processed very fast
My dog had a bowel obstruction and required surgery. Overall the bills were a little over $10,000 with 2 ER visits, a regular vet appointment and the surgery. With insurance I ended up paying a bit over $1,000 which was doable compared to the actual bill. It is very convenient to file claims and the claims get processed very fast. This all makes it so you can focus on caring for your pet. Thank you healthy paws.

Nationwide helps on those unexpected vet bills
It would be nice if the limits were higher on the Flea and heart worm medicine but them premiums would have to be higher and I would like that less. Claims are easy to understand and complete. Turn around time is good. I haven't opted for the direct deposit but with COVID keeping me away from the bank may give that extra feature a try. Staff is helpful when I call.

Yu guys are amazing; thank you!!!
My little 3 yr. old mini-Labradoodle has been dealing with aspergillus for nearly a year. She nearly died last fall and the prognosis was grim. We had her in Emergency Animal ICU, with a feeding tube, drained her lungs 5 times and she's been on anti-fungal meds that are basically keeping things at bay. Without my insurance policy, there's no way I could have done for her what we've done..thank you, thank you, thank you for hanging in there with me!!
