We have never had a call from our (people) insurance asking how we were doing but ASPCA checks on our dog regularly.
We are very pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance. Levi is our second dog under their plan.

Great price, hassle free insurance
I've had to file a few claims with ASPCA insurance, mostly for small things, but each claim was easily submitted through their app and reimbursement taken care of through direct deposit within 2 weeks or so. Never had any hassles over charges or denials of claims. Price was one of the best for insurance. I'm very happy to have them as my dog's insurer.

Pet Insurance with wellness care has been great!
To be honest I was a little skeptical that the pet insurance with wellness would work out. But Nationwide has been quick with reimbursements and has not denied any of my pets care, both emergency and normal checkups.

Love my pet insurance
This is my second pet insurance and nationwide makes my life so much easier. I get my money fast with no arguments. My pet is doing much better, she couldn’t open her eye and had green stuff coming out. So I took her right in to her doctor and with some Eye drops in about a week it healed up. Luckily it was only on the surface not any deeper. I never hesitate to take them in because I have the insurance so the situation never gets worse. My pets have better insurance then I do.

Life Saver | Nationwide is really by your side
Taffy our American Bulldog needed TPLO torn ACL knee surgery and Nationwide truly was "by our side". This allowed us to concentrate on Taffy and her recovery and we received the "all clear" 5 weeks earlier than expected!

Don't like deductible
Although I think the insurance is good, I don't think it's fair if Trupanion has a sick pet to keep having to pay a deductible for every illness. That seems a little extreme. Even if Trupanion had to lower the percentage that Trupanion pays back a little to make up for it, when we have high deductibles like me because I can't afford the monthly payment with a low deductible I just don't think it's right
