Saved my dogs life/my finances
I am so very happy I bought Embrace pet insurance my active three-year-old black lab Smokey was hit by a minibus ACL MCL and hip surgery $9400.
Without pet insurance owner is stuck in the awful intersection of credit limit meets Vetenarian bill.

Best thing we've done for our dogs and family!
This has been the best decision we've ever made regarding our 2 Goldens. Rosie has anxiety/separation/storm issues, so this Embrace covers her medication and bloodwork to be able to stay on the meds. Our other baby has occasional seizures and most recently had a surgery for what turned out to be incredibly serious. There will be on-going testing and procedures, and Embrace is making it possible for us to give Penny the very best care and spare nothing. Embrace keeps us informed as to where they are in the process and our checks have always arrived within 10 days. We are very pleased with Embrace and highly recommend them.

Lifesaver
Jewel was sick and required x-Ray and urine test which cost over $400. In addition my dog required a follow up test costing extra expense. Embrace insurance paid and processed my claim and was reimbursed in a short amount of time without hassle.

Worth Every Penny
I purchased these policies on my dogs for peace of mind, and ended up recovering over $5000 over the years for two of my dogs. That is money I definitely would have paid out and not gotten back.I will never be making a "difficult choice" when it comes to my pets, so it's good to know that with ASPCA I can get back some of the money we inevitably spend on our creatures. I'll never have another pet without ASPCA pet insurance. Also, their website is easy to use, their forms are accessible and easy to process. Excellent customer service.

Highly recommend!!!
Since day one, Healthy Paws was quick to respond to claims and covered exactly what they said they would cover. Not once did I struggle to work with their representatives. The online and mobile system is super user friendly and they responded to my claims quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't waste my time with any other insurance company.

New Believer
I never believed pet insurance was worth the money until my dog had to be rushed to the Pet Emergency center. When I put my three month old puppy to sleep on a Saturday night she was fine, but by morning I could see she was lethargic and I knew something was wrong. I took her immediately to the Pet Er where x-rays showed she had pneumonia . She received IV fluids, antibiotics and oxygen. The final cost including x-rays was $2,000. After my deductible I received a check from Trupanion for $1,200 within two weeks. I received several updates about my claim. It was the best decision I made to get Trupanion as soon as I brought home the puppy home.

Excellent Customer service, worth every penny!!
Our 1year 3mth old Bassett Hound got bloat. He needed emergency surgery and tonstay a few days in the emergency vet. Dreading the vet bills we were reassured with Healthy Paws. They made filling our claim easy and quick. Their customer service team went above and beyond to check on our dog, not just send a blanket email. We have had two other dogs with major medical problems but we didn't have insurance. This time we got it hoping never to have to use it, well we did. It was very reassuring know that we could afford to care for our dog. We thought the claim may take forever and that the insurance would be picky about what they covered, we were wrong. 100% wrong, Healthy Paws was fantastic!!!!
