One sitting on my iPhone
It was so easy. I was really worried that there would be a ton of hassle or red tape, but nope! I did it all on my iPhone. They required a single sheet of paper and the receipt from the vet, that was it. I filled it out while the assistant at the office was getting the meds, took a picture with an app on my iPhone and sent it up. That was it!

Satisfied customer
I researched all the companies and this one came recommended by a coworker. I’m very satisfied with their timely reimbursement. The customer service is excellent. The company does periodic check-ins with you to ensure you are satisfied. They even called to see how my dog was. 4 paws 🐾 up.

Easy to use, slow to reimburse
The app is easy to use and very straightforward, but read the fine print in your policy! When my policy renews each year Nationwide lists everything we’ve ever submitted a claim for EVER as a non-covered condition. You have to go through their review process to have this changed, which in our case took six months. We were eventually reimbursed but the wait was ridiculous.

We have never had a call from our (people) insurance asking how we were doing but ASPCA checks on our dog regularly.
We are very pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance. Levi is our second dog under their plan.

Great price, hassle free insurance
I've had to file a few claims with ASPCA insurance, mostly for small things, but each claim was easily submitted through their app and reimbursement taken care of through direct deposit within 2 weeks or so. Never had any hassles over charges or denials of claims. Price was one of the best for insurance. I'm very happy to have them as my dog's insurer.
