I cannot stress how easy it was to submit a claim. After my dog passed I was dreading the insurance claim process as my emotions were still raw. I was able to submit everything via their website. Healthy paws contacted the vet and retrieved all the records. Within two weeks I had a notice that my claim had been approved. After the check was sent I received a nice email from Healthy Paws expressing their condolences and letting me know my policy was cancelled. I didn’t have to do anything other than submit the initial paperwork. The process was very easy and very professional.

If it wasn’t for this insurance I never would have been able to afford the surgeries my dog has had. It’s literally been a life saver! Customer service is fantastic, they are always so move and helpful. Every claim I’ve filed has been approved and paid quickly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about you, thank you for paying for Daisy's knee surgery and chemo. We lost her this week, but thanks to you we were able to do all we could to improve her quality of life. If we get another dog, we will definitely make sure we have Trupanion insurance!

I wss not aware the 250 ded was per condition. I do not feel that is fair or right it should be yearly or maybe every 6 months since you get a premium every month

Didn't cover anything. But the response was quick. Trying to decide if I made the right decision, so unlikely to recommend until after a successful claim.

Our dog needed surgery for bladder stones. Trupanion paid our claim on a timely basis. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Trupanion to a friend or colleague.

I recommend EMBRACE insurance to everyone I know who has pets!

Because you're awfully expensive and have never reimbursed me for a vet bill.
