Quick and Easy
I went to an emergency vet visit off hours because I was afraid that my dog hurt herself playing ball. Was seen [relatively] quickly. I attached the email receipt to the online claim and received a reimbursement in under a week. Thanks!

Seamless process and experience, and stayed true to reimbursement!
One of the easiest things I've ever done. I uploaded a picture of the invoice from the vet, and within days I was reimbursed directly to my bank account.

Peace of mind
Knowing that a substantial portion of an unexpected vet bill is covered just gives me such peace of mind. Hugo has responded well to the treatment and is actually enjoying. his new diet. It is a blessing to have the coverage especially since the world is so topsy-turvy now.

Life savers

Great turnaround for payment of claim
Roy had a large fatty mass removed from his chest wall 2 was ago...Post- op recovery has been difficult due to GI side effects of the meds..surgical site is healing ok...still has some eating problems but on the whole, he is better.
