I have always been more than happy with trupanion, from Branagh's hip replacement at a year old, to vet visits for lesser reasons, to phone calls simply to ask a question. I encourage everyone to at least call to check Trupanion out for their pet care.

Everyone at Nationwide has been very helpful. The claim forms are easy to complete & submit. My only wish is that some sort of dental preventative coverage was included.

I submitted my claim using vitusvet. Was absolutely hassle-free. I got an email when they received my claim and another as they were reviewing it. When my claim was approved I was able to have it sent directly into my bank account, there was no paperwork involved

This insurance has been a life savior for my family. Mollywas diagnosed with Epilepsy and wicked skin allergies under a year old. Trupanion has been there for us year after year and has provided us excellent service. I love how I get to actually speak with someone right away with such compassion and knowledge. I always get a sincere "How's Molly?" when I call. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Trupanion is. Anyone with a furbaby should strongly consider getting this insurance. It is VERY affordable and there are no loopholes in coverage, not to mention how much money we have saved on visits and prescriptions. Molly takes 9 pills a day, yes, 9 pills a day and they are covered at 90% for as long as she needs them. Yes... 90%!!!! Just call and speak to someone, you'll see why they are so great.
