Nationwide Insurance has been so easy to work with and claims submission and payment is so easy.

Have been extremely happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance. First time ever we have purchased insurance for one of our pups. Filing a claim is easy and response time is quick too. Have not had one hassle with any claim.

We have the major medical plan for both our fur babies. When they had an accident last month the process of submitting the claim online was very simple and the monies cane through in two weeks, very impressive!

Insurance for our pup has been invaluable. It's been so helpful having someone to call for any questions and financial help with the costs that new puppies typically incur.

Explanations of rejected claims are confusing.

I love this insurance so far. I never in a million years thought I would already be using it. But crazy girl Tess decided to pull a muscle in her groin! We've done some rehab and so far, it's paid for a lot of it!!! I think we are on the downhill side of it all but I'm very thankful. Without it she wouldn't be getting to do the therapy she needs to recover. We just had acupuncture last week so I'll know soon enough if that was covered as well. Even it it isn't, this insurance has helped us out a lot! Hoping to never need it again!!

Great customer service

I took out Figo insurance when my rescue dog was about 5 months old. They have paid claims without any problems and have communicated any concerns immediately (like when my vet submitted a claim before I could and didn't include the itemized bill). I eally don't think I'll get another pet without obtaining pet insurance for it. I have received benefits beyoud the premiums, and I'm very pleased with Figo's manner and timing of processing claims.

I have had this insurance for many years for all my dogs. I have been with you when it was VPI. This is a good insurance company. I have never had an any problems with it. Great customer service.

These people are incredible. My dog had an accident and broke her leg. After a visit to the ER for a splint and her regular vet for X-rays, we were sent to an orthopedic surgeon who was going to cost $5500!! I don’t have that cash lying around, so I called at 10am and spoke with a representative, and after several emails, return calls, and transfers, they were able to pre-certify me for treatment before a 4pm surgery on the same day!!!! I was so relieved to not have to worry about how this was going to be paid for.
