As my pup ages...
As my puppy ages it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about the cost as much. so far in recent months I've had to submit several claims and everything gets approved as expediently as I would expect. Sometimes it's super quick if it's approving something we've had before and sometimes it takes a couple days if it's something new but nothing out of the ordinary.

Great customer service. Fast correction!
There was a miscommunication about my claim. I was able to speak to a human about the mix up and get it corrected within 24 hours. It was a very refreshing experience.

Love this insurance!
The plans I have provide excellent coverage and my premiums are much lower than I was quoted by other insurers. I submitted my first claim and it was accepted in full, the entire claims process was very easy and hassle free

Very happy so far
I've only been using Nationwide for about 3 months but so far everything has been great. Submitting claims has been very easy, and all my claims have been approved in a few days. I set up my claim payments to go to my checking account which is super convenient. So far I've been very happy I made the choice to go with Nationwide.

My dog was saved by Nationwide Insurance
I had another pet insurance, and was very unhappy, so I switched to Nationwide that was recommended by 2 different people. I had a large claim for my dog. The customer service people were very friendly and concerned about my dog. My claim was paid very quickly with no complications. I feel blessed to have found Nationwide insurance.

I am in the time of crisis with my beloved kitty and the team members were understanding supporting and quick.

I believe our pre-approval took next to no time (6 minutes) and my boy was admitted to the hospital. We could have not afforded this without Trupanion support.
