Easy to deal with
I have never had insurance before, but dog had surgery at a very young age. I figured that U might as well get insurance just in case. Well, my dog tore his ACL and meniscus. He needed a TPLO. After asking for a few records from the surgeon and the vet, they processed my claim in about two weeks. Super easy! I will continue to use Embrace.

Treatment eye disorders
My Pekingese Annie requires several medications to deal with her eye disorders. Trupanion has been great about paying the claims I submitted.

Orthopedic Claims
OMG !!! I don't know what we would have done without Embrace. We seem to be having a run on Orthopedic issues. First Mikey gets a broken leg when playing at day care. Poor baby. Now Roary our 3 year old Mastiff injured then tore his acurciate ligament and finally needed, physical therapy, then finally TPLO surgery. Embrace and their wonderfully friendly and supportive were with us all the way. We are talking claims here well over $ 8,000. So is so is Embrace Pet Ins. worth it ......dah... That would be a resounding YES! I tell everyone I meet who has a dog or cat about Embrace, I think some people actually think I work for Embrace. I don't work for Embrace but they do work for me and I so appreciate it.

An Excellent Co. to have Pet Insurance Coverage
In February of 2013 I decided to research pet insurance for my Cockapoo Ginger. She had always been a healthy pup but after friends of mine had to have their pets put down because they did not have financial support to give them necessary medical treatment I decided it was a necessity. After hrs of researching I chose Healthy Paws. That was the best decision I could have made. Just recently she has been bitten by a brown spider which took minor surgery to clean the wound and in less than a month has had aspiration pneumonia caused from vomiting and aspirating into the lungs. I filed claims immediately and on both claims, they were reviewed, the EOB was sent and the check paid to me in less than a weeks time. Not only did they respond to the claims immediately, they have shown love and caring for my pet. From the person that answers the phone to the Claims Manager I have had nothing but praise' I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to anyone who loves their pets and want to be able to give them good medical care. The price per month is very reasonable amount, Please consider giving your pet the medical treatments they deserve as our best friends.

Thank you Pet's Best!
Thank you Pet's Best! I had a very sick cat earlier this year and finally had to put her down. The vet bills really racked up. After that, I decided that I should get pet insurance for my other cat and the new cat that I got from a rescue. About 6 weeks after the policy kicked in, my new cat became very sick and had to be hospitalized for 2 nights. She's better now, but I was worried about whether the insurance would cover the costs. Within a week of filing my claims, I received a message that the claims were processed and I would get reimbursed as per my policy. It's better than people insurance! I recommend it to anyone with pets! Thanks Pet's Best

Outstanding Customer Service!
Healthy Paws has been everything a pet owner could ask for in an insurance company. Our dog required surgery on a torn ACL, and it was a great relief to know that with everything going on around the surgery and recovery, our claim to insurance was seamless and resolved within a week. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Well worth it.
I have had the level II insurance on my friend Buster for maybe 4 years now. He's an old guy at 12 now. He hasn't had too many health problems except arthritis due to old age and some skin allergies. He has only had relatively small claims. But while getting x-rays for laser treatments for his arthritis, he was discovered to have bladder stones. Major panic. He had to have major surgery and I had to take out a loan at the credit union. I turned in the claim and they promptly covered a large portion of that. Major relief. I would recommend this pet insurance to anyone who loves their pet. I have read some of these reviews and I would like to add that under the terms laid out in the level of insurance I have purchased, I have never been treated unfairly. I purchase this insurance mainly as a safeguard against a devastating illness or accident and my experience with this company has been that it's well worth the cost of the premiums for the peace of mind those premiums provide.

True to pet insurance
Our our 13 Lhasa became very ill. He spent 5 days in the hospital with a bill of $7800. Trupanion paid the entire 90% less our $250 deductible and initial office visit of $65. We submitted our claim and received a check with 10 days before the credit card arrived. The claim service was excellent. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone seeking Pet insurance. They are excellant
