Helpful 24 hrs a day
24 hr service and friendly associates. Fair prices though haven¡¦t yet submitted anything which is the true test. Would have preferred a longer trial period provided through my breeder as likely would have spent more on coverage once realized how useful it was, but was disappointed to hear that TruPanion reduced this recently.

My cat Jackie crossed over the rainbow after a short (and expensive) illness a few months after my wife had passed.
My cat, Jackie, crossed over the rainbow after a short (and expensive) illness a few months after my wife had passed. I was double-y distraught and didn't have the will to call and let Trupanion know Jackie had passed. I knew I would burst out in tears. A few months later, I gathered the courage and called Trupanion. The Customer Service Rep was so caring, kind and understanding. He immediately cancelled my policy and refunded the payments I had made since Jackie had passed. He then sent me a link to file the claims, which I did. I have always had an excellent experience with Trupanion and this last experience just cemented my loyalty. My pets will always have Trupanion coverage and I will always recommend them to anyone who has a pet.
