I am so glad I got Pets Best.
I submitted a claim for my pet's spay surgery on Oct 9 and by Oct 11 the EOB came through, very thoroughly processed, with reimbursement for things I hadn't realized were covered. I expect the reimbursement to arrive soon. I am so glad I got Pets Best and the wellness plan!

Great company and super great staff.
Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a great thing for us with our new puppy. We purchased the plan that covers wellness checks also. Claims have been easy to submit with a quick turnaround time for reimbursements. The staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this insurance to anyone that has pets. It has saved us quite a bit of money.

My vet bills were covered.
About 6 weeks ago, my rescue dog, Sunny (originally Shine), got a nasty ear infection on the inside of her flappy but beautiful ears. The vet didn't know what the infection was but prescribed three types of treatments that included one which had steroids. Three weeks later, the ear infection has cleared up but she has developed an aggressive behavior toward our other dog that was new and getting worse by the day. I was ready to call the rescue group to retrieve her but visited my vet first for her thoughts. The vet thought the medication with steroids may have triggered the new behavior and prescribed three types of calming medication. One week of the calming medication has helped Sunny and getting better each day. The vet bills were all covered and I got to keep my doggie friend, Sunny.
