We have had healthy paws insurance for 9 years and couldn’t be happier. We have three dogs including a rescued English bulldog. English bulldog=lots of vet bills. Never had a problem with claims being paid, coverage etc and we have easily been to the vet over 100 times for ACL tears, thyroid issues, cancer, dental issues, bladder stones, UTIs, etc. you name it. healthy paws has real people working there who truly understand the love we have for our pets. 100% worth every cent. Will never go anywhere else

I was heartbroken when my little dog, Gracie was diagnosed with cancer. Gracie had one surgery, and the lab work said they didn’t get all the cancer. Then Gracie had to have a more extreme surgery removing more tissue. This time when the new surgery team got the results from the lab, the Doctor said they got all the cancer. I was so happy and thankful. Trupanion Representatives were always there taking care of my claims, and showing how much they truly cared about Gracie’s health. I highly recommend Trupanion. If you really love your Pets, take care of them by getting insurance with Trupanion. I know I’M so glad I did.

I have not been reimbursed for Ollie’s claims. I was told my account was under review and it would be 30 days max. I called and explained my dissatisfaction and was assured it was almost complete. I just received a letter saying it would be another 30 days. I need a decision so that I can choose a different company of Nationwide continues to delay.

I submitted a claim for my pet's spay surgery on Oct 9 and by Oct 11 the EOB came through, very thoroughly processed, with reimbursement for things I hadn't realized were covered. I expect the reimbursement to arrive soon. I am so glad I got Pets Best and the wellness plan!
