Great peace of mind!
I have put in three claims with this company and every time is easy and hassle free! They are quick in responding and in processing the claims. You get updates regularly on the progress of your claim as well. They also sent an email to check up on my fur baby and it was such a touching gesture and the email was specific to her situation not just some generic computer generated email. I recommend this company to all pet owners looking for insurance!

glad for your help
the only thing that bothers me is that the premiums keep going up the older my dog becomes. It's getting fairly expensive.

Best ever Pet Insurance.
We've been with Trupanion for almost five years and we can not say enough good things about them. Their customer service, payment process, speed of response is beyond compare. Excellent claims service!
Excellent customer service to resolve claim issues. Elliott Ivins assisted me and he did an excellent job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The issue was resolved quickly. In general, Trupanion has been excellent and I highly recommend.

everyone is very nice but getting started was confusing for us.

Incredible service and the kind of support you depend on when your pets are ill or having health issues
I can't say enough about the quality and timeliness on Nationwide in times of need. It's stressful enough when you have a sick "child", but knowing that Nationwide will be there to support you allows you to stress about the important things, i.e. nursing your pet back to health, especially in life and death situations like I experienced just this week. I can't thank Nationwide enough and couldn't possibly provide a high enough recommendation.
