I don't feel like the phone call was very helpful. She wasn't familiar with the policy rider I had questions about. She didn't send me the documents she said she would for days and then didn't include the Rider I was asking questions about.

I just read about Vets dealing with moral issues regarding pet care and euthanasia--including those who ask vets to put pets to sleep because they can't afford the medical care needed. That's why EVERYONE should have pet insurance, and why I'm glad I've insured Audrey and all our former pets with Nationwide, since before it was Nationwide.
