When you send us our statement that shows what you are paying on our Vet bill, if you could show how much our deductible is and how much we have paid. Just like regular people insurance does. Thanks.

Excellent and quick service
Our precious Liberty means the world to our family. We all love her so very much. When she surprisingly darted off and got struck by a moving vehicle, we were absolutely devastated. We were willing to pay whatever it took to make her healthy again. Fortunately for us, we received excellent and compassionate care from a nearby pet emergency hospital. Because of this, she is now almost 100% healed! Praise God! And, Nationwide Pet Insurance was right there by our side the entire time. We are thankful for the kindness and care that Nationwide showed us. THANK YOU!

Very good support on processing claims and issuing reimbursement
Claims process resulted in very prompt reimbursement. It would be a little easier if the claim form could be filled out on line and then only scanning the supporting invoice would be necessary - but this is a minor inconvenience

Pricing
I was very disappointed at the rate of increase for Lucy, it was $48.20 a month and now it is $74.53 - I don't understand the cost increase of $26.33 a month. She is 3 years old and in good health. I just don't get it!!!!
I have used Nationwide Pet insurance since August 2004 and I never had a price increase like this.
