Great service, claim paid in a timely manner. Should do away with the clinic stamp on claim form, and take the receipt showing proof of payment. Just a suggestion, but no complaints about the whole claims process.

For many years now, I am so grateful to have Pets Best Insurance. I have submitted a few claims and they are always so responsive and fair. My pets are family and I adore them. I am happy to be able to properly care for them when they are in distress. Thank you for the way you handle the situations, as I am usually stressed to the max. It is a REALLY good feeling to know I am covered in this area.

I said all in the title. The claim was handled extraordinarily quickly. Even before my credit card came due. The payment was exactly as they said it would be when I signed up to Healthy Paws.

Our experience with Healthy Paws has been superlative. It's rare these days to find anything that works as advertised and with the precision and caring of Healthy Paws. Vicky, our pit bull mix, developed an infection and some urinary problems, and Healthy Paws's claim service was simple, clear, efficient, and fast. What's more, a few days after receiving our claim we got an e-mail from Healthy Paws asking us how she was doing. You might think this would be a marketing ploy, but when we responded to it, we got a lovely follow-up message from them. As folks who have dealt with many human health insurance company over the years, we only wish we could have such wonderful care!

My pup and I were playing a simple game of fetch and he tweeked his ankle. Soon after, he had trouble running, walking, and climbing stairs which led to orthopedic surgery. Because I chose Healthy Paws I was able to give my buddy the medical care he needed. My experience with the company was surprisingly easy and hassle free that I still can't believe it. Furthermore, Healthy Paws should be leading seminars on customer service because they are exceptional in that department. Lastly, the turn around time for claim submission and reimbursement is crazy fast. Ultimately, my dog would still be limping around right now had I not insured him and I'm glad I chose healthy paws to do so. 100% satisfied

My young MinPin quit eating, began to have very loose stools. Test after test done...couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had to feed him boiled chicken breast to get him to eat. Eventually, a specialist was consulted and we tried different dry dog food. It worked!! Embrace was VERY quick processing my claims and reimbursing the expenses. Thank you, Embrace!

I am so thankful I took out this Feline Illness policy before my Eldan was struck with renal disease. I would have had to say goodbye to him several months ago due to financial limitations if it were not for this policy. I have had to make several claims and all have been settled in a very timely manner. Initially, the claims were for evaluations of a torn ACL. Unfortunately, the dog has since developed gastrointestinal issues so the ACL is on hold until we can get him totally healthy again. I currently have three more submitted. I'm very grateful for all their help.

They look for any excuse to refuse coverage and many vets do not refer them.....Buyer beware!
